1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnyVet Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of our services, including our website, applications, microchip registry platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false or misleading information.

Our microchip registry platform is designed to help authorized partners register and manage pet microchip data. By using these services:

• You acknowledge that data submissions are managed exclusively by authorized professional partners (hospitals, NGOs, and private organizations)
• You understand that we verify data quality through our partner network but do not guarantee the accuracy of all information
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering microchips or pet records
• You will promptly update information when circumstances change

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of AnyVet Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

You may be able to submit, upload, or post content through the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Certain features of our Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your designated payment method.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid Services after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
